What an excellent experience I had with Lots Electric! Cole and Steven were able to come to my home less than 24 hours after I initially reached out. They communicated well through the whole process and were prepared and polite when they arrived. They not only fixed the problem I was having, but also educated me on the repairs they completed and how to avoid problems in the future. To top off my wonderful experience, the bill was less than what I anticipated. I highly recommend Lots Electric!

Absolutely incredible experience with such wonderful people!! After working on a DIY project, I ended up changing several outlets in my house, but things got a bit ‘tangled’ with the wiring on the 2 and 3-way outlets when I put them back in. It wasn’t a major issue since the plugs still worked, but I had to manually turn on the lights. I was dreading figuring it out on my own, so I spent 20 minutes in the electric aisle at my local home improvement store, but no electrician ever came down the aisle (can you believe it?!). Deciding to head home and consult YouTube, I passed a driveway in my neighborhood with a Lots Electric van parked, and luckily, the owner was just getting something from the van at that moment. I explained my situation to him & he took him time to graciously point out where I probably had gone wrong and what I needed to do to fix it. When I asked how much it would cost for him to fix it (which was incredibly reasonable, by the way), he said they could swing by on their way out of the neighborhood that day and take care of it for me. Thirty minutes later, Steve and his apprentice, Chris, arrived, fixed the issue (and another, unrelated switch I had messed up), and were incredibly kind throughout the whole process. As Chris is still apprenticing, he received thorough explanations from Steve, who patiently supervised each of the tasks. Now everything works perfectly again, and I am immensely grateful that no electrician appeared in the aisle that day. Huge thanks to wonderful contractors and people like Steve & Chris at Lots Electric. Thank you both so much!

Steve the owner was so friendly and so great during the process of getting pricing – he made the process to get a quote really easy by allowing my to submit photos of the areas where I needed work done. Cole and Steven who serviced the work were also great! They were so friendly and kept me informed on what they were doing every step of the way. They did a clean job and were very mindful of making sure they were doing exactly what I wanted and offering their professional insight when I asked. I highly recommend LOTS electric!

Above and beyond the call of duty!! Not only was the technician named Chris extremely polite, professional, and funny ; he saved the all by phone! After sending the company a message of my issue via webpage they had this amazing human call me to see if he can save us time and money. Sure enough just by sending him a photo of the fuse box he was able to tell me what I did wrong. My family had heat and hot water back in seconds! I would most definitely be using this company in the future for any electrical needs in my home and will whole heartedly refer them to anyone! Thank you to LOTS electrical!

I hired Lots Electric to hang two chandeliers and a lighted mirror. They are very careful with their work, and pay attention to detail. I could not have been happier with the results. I prefer a mom and pop shop where the same guys come. After so many bad experiences with larger companies, I will always call Lots!
