Well, the wall charger they installed works, which is good. The customer service (Mandy) was nice, too. But after the job was done, they left a mess in our garage (there was an attempt to clean up here) and in our mechanical room (no attempt to clean up), and one of the workers stepped on our pipes on our mechanical room floor and broke one. I came home from work to find water on our floor. Thankfully I was able to fix it myself, but when I called to speak with a supervisor, they just sent the original crew out (without my knowledge) the next day to look and take pictures of MY repairs. No apology, nothing done. We paid them a lot of money for a relatively easy job and I expected more professionalism. Would not recommend.

My trust and confidence were lost. Salmon had been recommended to me by a good friend and I like to use local people. The bidding process came in higher than I anticipated which was ok as I just may have incorrect expectations based on what other friends have paid. I expressed to the foreman that I wanted to take care of the bill on my airline card to earn points and didn’t want my wife to pay from another account. I also expressed that my spouse was not a real fan of my “project” anyway and requested that he not trouble her with asking her for money when the workers arrived and to use discretion out of respect for me. Candidly, I was hoping to avoid some additional friction on the subject (I am sure any spouse can relate :). Inexplicably, the two gentlemen that arrived repeatedly (at least 7 times) told my wife that she was not supposed to know how much it cost and they were not supposed to talk to her about money. Not helpful and not exactly what I was asking for. The work itself seems ok to be fair. However, there are several small details that I would have hoped were better considering paying (what I perceive) a higher price.
