Very untrustworthy, I had an issue with my AC unit and set up a service call. The young employee added coolant for $660 without my consent and then told me one of his bosses would go over to place a dye in the unit to check for a leak. I had to call back the next because no one went over, was scheduled for the next day for service. After the next employee went to my house he called to tell me I needed $2000 worth of work. Lied to me and told me his boss went to my house…He DID not go, there was never dye placed to check for a leak, The office person told me “the boss knows from experience”. After having another company go over, I did not need $2000 worth of work. The AC was fixed for under $1000 and I was told putting 6lbs of coolant in stressed my unit and could have caused more damage. Long story but I would not trust this company. Zero Stars

Fast and friendly service. Arrived on time. Found the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.

I executed a PM contract for several years per building with Kent and wanting to stay with the original HVAC installer (even though Kent parted ways with Moser at the end). Charged in advance twice for my 2022 two PM’s and never received service. Today was to be the first one and Moser was a no show. I am done.

This company promotes full service HVAC, 24/7 capabilities, along with electrical contracting services. I met with their supposed lead on electrical services, Erik. He surveyed the jobs, pledged a fast proposal, and I anticipated such. I never heard from him again, even after calling the company to inquire. Wasteful time spent on both our parts. As to the 24/7 part, I had a heating emergency and called the office. The call went to Erik’s cell as I can only supposed he was the on-call person. I never received a call back and have yet to hear from them. Disappointing professionalism by any company, and especially by one of it’s supposed managers. There are so many choices in this service area. Choose someone who will deliver, NOT Moser.

Please what ever you do please do not work for moser. Jamie stole my money and my tools. He lost every one in three days . Ask at Johnstone ask anyone but please don’t work for jamie moser. Its not good for your family health or mental. Do not apply please i lost everything because of this outfit there are better company’s . He had. 15 ye old boy scrubbing hi a personal floormats with baby wipes at 97 outside he’s a p.o.s not good

This company charged me $98.35 for an estimate for a new unit. Said mine was beyond repair. With these types of charges, this is not how you retain customers. As a result this charge I did not go with them for a replacement. I emailed, no response. I would recommend you guys go with Wilmington Air, quicker response, competitive pricing, and much better customer service.

Awesome experience with Moser Mechanical today. They were prompt, professional and affordable. They’ll definitely be our go to for HVAC from here on out!
