We contacted Hirschberg Mechanical about a possible issue with our air conditioner line. The woman who took my call was polite, personable, helpful and we set up an appointment for the next day. The next day we met technician Jim D. He was on time at 8:00 AM (despite working the night before until 1:00 AM) and was very polite and friendly. After diagnosing and repairing a minor issue he checked our system, made some more minor repairs and suggested some other courses of action for the future. Jim was very pleasant and knowledgeable helping me to understand my system better. All in all our contact with Hirschberg Mechanical could not have been any better. We will definitely be using them in the future and suggesting them to all our friends.

Hirschberg just serviced my HVAC system, and I’m really happy with the results. Jon and Jake, the technician, were very knowledgable, professional, on time, and worked hard. They found and fixed the problem fast. I would recommend this place and tell everyone in need oh an HVAC call this place and ask for Jon and Jake two of the best HVAC technician i have seen in a long time.

Jack came by, helped identify the problem and was able to fix it in a timely manner. Also showed us the water pressure that was right where it needed to be for the house, and also what we need to do with the water heater for the future maintenance. Worth it for him to come by, would like to have him again!

We had a time-sensitive need (on a Saturday) with an apparently turned-off gas line preventing installation of a new dryer. Based on 📈Google reviews, I chose Hirschberg Mechanical hoping for an emergency weekend visit. I called the 24/7 line around 5:30 pm. In less than 30 minutes Esteban was at the property. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave a quick tutorial on all the utility connections in rhe basement. Esteban is a GREAT representative of your company. He was v knowledgeable, confident, friendly & professional and focused on upfront disclosure of how things might go so there were no surprises on any aspect of the visit. Esteban was a godsend at a time where we didn’t need any more surprises. I would recommend Hirschberg to anyone based on this one exceptional experience
