I worked for this company temporarily they use unsafe equipment then fire people for not using there broken un safe stuff they wanted me to use a drill that had no safety switch just plug it in and unplug it all one handed very poorly run the foreman mark acts like a little kid and does nothing to help the situation out

Awesome customer service! Teresa was very pleasant and helpful! After 10 or so calls to other plumbers that had no availability…Randy the service manager himself came and fixed my issue! Awesome Company…will definitely be using them for any future issues! Thank you!!!

Our office needed a new HVAC unit within the last month (and June has been HOT). We had no A/C and with the help of all the staff at R. & J. Ertel, we had a new unit within 2 weeks from the first phone call. Everyone we dealt with from the service manager, estimator, installers were pleasant, helpful and fast acting to get us A/C 🙂 They did a great job and did not cut corners; got it done professionally and timely.

I used this company for the first time to have our oil hot water boiler serviced. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and kind. The service department was accommodating when setting up the appointment and the technical who came to my house was very knowlegeable, respectful, and professional. I will be using this company for all of my heating and cooling needs.
