We have been a Fenix customer since 2002 when we built our home. We have been very happy with our Lennox system over the years. Fenix has always provided great customer support. Our system was still in good working order but we decided with it being 22 years old we would upgrade. Fenix did a great job installing our new system and we are very pleased with our decision,

We had purchased a home and found out the HVAC needed full replacement. It took less than two weeks from the time I spoke to someone at Fenix to the time that they installed the system. It was all done at a great price and the crew was very nice! They didn’t leave a mess and they assured everything was working before they left!

Technician for initial consultation was knowledgeable and helpful. He also didn’t try to oversell which I greatly appreciated. At time of installation of both furnace and air conditioner, the installers were efficient and completed the job in a timely matter. They also left the area looking better than before they started.
