I recently had an outstanding experience with Heating and Cooling Company right before the 4th of July. Even though it was our first time reaching out to them, their service exceeded our expectations. Despite the holiday rush, they picked up the phone immediately and scheduled an urgent visit within the hour as our home was sweltering at 85 degrees. Josh and his assistant arrived promptly and quickly got to work. They performed a thorough diagnostic, identified the problem, and fixed it all within an hour. Throughout the process, they were incredibly informative, helpful, and transparent about the issues and solutions. Additionally, their pricing was very reasonable, which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them if you need a Heating and Cooling Company for their exceptional service and professionalism. We will definitely be using them again for any future HVAC needs.

I highly recommend this company! I called on a Saturday at approximately 4:00 p.m. on a 90° day when my AC went out! Other companies that I contacted that had (24-hour service in urgent matters) didn’t answer! Or sent you to voicemail…JDR answered on the first ring, And Josh was out by 5:00 p.m.! He quickly diagnosed the problem and and fixed it within the hour! He explained everything and showed me what the problem was. He even took the time to clean off my AC unit and went above and beyond. I will definitely call him again with any HVAC needs.

I received wonderful service from Josh he was my Technician. He came to service my furnace in a very timely professional manner . Very friendly and polite and very knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing .He also was very honest and took the time to educate me on some of my furnace issues . I would highly recommend JDR services to anyone .
