My husband and I had Bay Heating & Air Conditioning out because we were having trouble with our thermostat. Jason Jurgensen helped us today and he did a fantastic job. He took a look and determined we needed a new thermostat, but also took us through a lot of options so we could understand the different price points. We decided to buy a new thermostat through them to get the 5 year warranty and got a discount thanks to being on the monthly membership. Jason also gave a ton of tips while he was here that I’m sure to use all summer.

A new furnace was suggested to us after realizing that ours needed new (expensive) parts. Corey sold us a the new furnace, and we are amazed at the improvements made in the last 17 years. Now the furnace fits the size of our house and is SO much more quiet than the previous one. The installers, Bill and Will were very professional and knowledgeable too. They assured me that we would be more comfortable with the new furnace. This is the best investment we’ve made to our house in a long time.
