Ken did an excellent job getting our AC unit back to cooling conditions. Very thorough in explaining what are options were, pricing, and future possibilities. We have had great service thru Pine State.. up until now. We recently had our system serviced and all was great. About 3 days ago the AC stopped producing cold air. When we called the earliest they could schedule us was 8 days out. We do pay extra $$$ to be on a priority list. We are disappointed. I’m currently recovering from painful foot surgery and the heat/humidity is making me feel unwell.

We recently started using Pine State for our annual furnace cleaning. Anthony, the technician that came out was very professional, detail oriented, and was super easy to work with. Anthony provided us with Some stuff that we needed to get addressed, and was able to help us prioritize the most important items. We are thoroughly pleased with the service!!!
