Shawn was great about answering all my questions. He was concerned about finding me the best answer for the complex HVAC needs at my property. He was very responsive over text, phone, and email (even at 6pm on a Friday!) He gave me multiple options as the consumer and let me choose what best fit my needs. My neighbor, who suffers from early Alzheimer’s, in the fall of 2022 paid $12K for a new HVAC system. The following May of 2023 upon discovering the AC was not working. Larsen came to fix the system they installed, less than one year later, and changed her an additional $1500. Last week when the temperatures reached into the 80’s again we discovered the AC only blows warm air. Upon trying to help my neighbor, I called Larsen and received a condescending attitude and a person who refused to listen. When I simply asked if an appointment could be scheduled for a warranty visit I was informed that they wanted nothing more to do with this and to get another HVAC company. The worst part is that Larsen showed no compassion, refused to listen, believe, nor stand behind their product! Simply taking advantage of their customer!

Great service and company and I would highly recommend. I really appreciate that they don’t try to upsell and are upfront and honest about what work is needed, what can wait, and how much it costs. I’ve had bad experiences with other companies, but not with Larsen HVAC! I am so glad I can lean on them for future plumbing needs, too.

This HVAC company is amazing! I had a new AC unit installed and some plumbing done. They showed up installed protective plastic anywhere there was work to be done. They were efficient and great customer service at explaining everything. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
