The customer service on the phone I dealt with was rude and brutal. Did not seem like a legit company. I asked if they could help me with having electrical heaters installed and what I got in response was, “We don’t do those, (hangs up the phone)” Just not someone or something I would want to do business with.

I called and asked for an estimate on getting outdoor lights installed for my boss. He was rude initially at the beginning of the call, and then said “you said you were the owner” when I never said that? I confirmed that I am calling for my boss and I am his assistant and he said “Can’t help you out with that, have a good one” and hung up. Very very unprofessional. Also I am very confused? Why wouldn’t I be able to get an estimate for my boss? So odd. Idk how this business has 5 stars.

I called an electrician for a quote this morning, and Mike was in the area. He provided a quote on the spot for adding an electrical box outside on a wall that had power inside. I opted to do the work in the area, and he completed the job professionally.

I’m a big fan of this electrical company. I recently hired them as contractor for my barbershop. The electricians replaced all the wiring and light fixtures ahead of the projected finish date. It was a professionally done job!

Recently bought a house that needed some renovating and in the process found out that rodents had chewed through some wires in the wall. I had 3 bids on the job and Edison was pretty much in line with the other 2. I went with them and am very pleased. Work was done on time and in budget. Highly recommend.
