I absolutely recommend having Kieffer service your HVAC system. We had our entire central AC replaced and he did a fantastic job. He is very detail oriented and has passion about the work he does. He fixed issues that the previous builder/HVAC people had made. He is a no cut corners kind of guy and I appreciate that when I am spending my hard earned cash. Get the job done right. I’m not one to take the time and write a review, but I have to commend Kieffer for his outstanding work and service. This past week was the hottest we’ve had all year. Naturally, our old A/C unit stopped working. After trying to fix it myself, I decided to give Kieffer a call. He was nice enough to come over on a Saturday afternoon and diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, the entire unit needed replace. Although he couldn’t make the repair until the following Tuesday, he was nice enough to come back to my house on a Saturday night and install a temporary, portable A/C unit. With a wife and two small children in the house, we were in a tough spot with the heat, however, having the temporary A/C was a true lifesaver. When he came to make the full repair on Tuesday, he arrived early and worked efficiently. He documented and communicated with me at every step of the process, keeping me, very much a layperson with HVAC systems, well informed and in the loop. Kieffer’s attention to detail was evident, as he took the extra time to find areas in the attic and the rest of the house that could contribute to leaks in the airflow. In summary, I would highly recommend Kieffer’s to anyone. His passion for his craft was on full display, and the results speak for themselves. -Erich

I own a house. Not always so good at maintenance. The week is going to be hot. Kieffer reached out to me before I even noticed my AC wasn’t cooling. He helped me see that my condenser coil needed cleaned. Resolved before you even realize there’s a problem. I’d recommend Kieffer’s if you need any reliable HVAC work completed and enjoy that personal local business touch.

Keifer heating and Air replaced our furnace and A/C about 7 weeks ago. The owner-manager is incredibly knowledgeable and presented us with various options that would fit within our needs and budget. The installation was amazing-Keifer explained everything and made sure we knew how to program and care for the system. The attention to detail from the beginning of the systems preparation to the end of actual installation was outstanding. We were excited to realize the cost savings of our electric bill with our new system. Our old heating and A/C had seen better days and we were definitely overdue for a new one. Keifer was respectful of our home with their set up and clean up. And that includes the removal of our old system. Noteworthy to mention is how Keifer stays up on the most recent technical equipment for specific testing info and details of install. He came back within weeks to confirm all systems were working to perfect balance; to include, correctly and properly. This could have been an extremely stressful experience but, it was the complete opposite for us. Keifer is professional, extremely systems knowledgeable, hard working, customer service friendly, aware of our needs, budget and time. Keifer is an A+ company and we would highly recommend them.

I recently got Kieffer to install a large propane heater in my new farm shop. When I couldn’t find a small heating and cooling contract to return a call or give me a quote Kieffer came to my rescue. My experience working with Kieffer was great. He really knows what he’s doing and in my case he really got the resources together to install the heater in a matter of days. He kept me up to date on his progress and worked with me on making sure everything was as I wanted it. When he ran into a small issue after firing the unit up he worked through it and got it figured out. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

Read this : I had a fan that was stuck on. Soon found out it was way more than that. I called Kieffer. He was recommended by my parents. Was prompt and at my house in no time at all.. Once he checked my furnace soon figured out I had a bigger problem than my fan. I was registering signs of carbon monoxide in my house ! Kieffer did the appropriate work to fix my issue. He told me approximately how long the call would take and his estimate was accurate. I was impressed with his work. He was professional, knowledgeable and made sure NO signs of carbon monoxide before he left. He also recommended a more accurate carbon monoxide detector. Never look forward to have your furnace repaired but i’m so glad I did. Potentially saved our lives. I would recommend Kieffer to anybody.
