I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and the man came out and said I would receive the estimate next week. That was on Dec 20th. I didn’t get it. On January 5th I asked if I could get the estimate and was told they would reach out to the owner to get my estimate. It is now Jan 25th and still no estimate. If they didn’t want the job, just say so. Don’t have people wait a month for nothing and take the day off from work for the guy to take a look for nothing.

Very professional, honest and thorough. Was impressed with their attention to detail and knowledge. Super fast a/c component repair and replacement. When most other local a/c companies did not have our a/c system’s coil, Tyler had one and installed it the next day. Besides being super fast, they were also the lowest regarding cost. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Thank again Lightning Mechanical.

Called needing same day service and Lighting was quick to answer the phone and show up. Staff was honest, efficient, and I felt the pricing was more than fair. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Great customer service and timely communication. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and were very professional. We used our home warranty which can add time to the process, but they were very fast and were able to order the part and install it the next day. I would highly recommend them.
