Brian came on a Sunday after we moved into our house. We smelled something ‘funny’ with our air conditioner and were concerned. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was even great when our son followed him around! We appreciate all Brian did for us during a hot humid summer weekend.

We are extremely happy with the service we receive from Carew Heating & AC. They have provided excellent services for us for over 20 years. They have done everything from preventive maintenance to installation of a new heating and air conditioning system. On 07/11/24, Rob Ebert arrived to perform our annual A/C system maintenance. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and handled everything to our complete satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend Carew Heating. We find them to be a very reliable, trustworthy company. Everyone from the service technicians to the office staff, is a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t ask for a better company.

Very reliable and professional. Have been a customer for many years and will continue for many more. Mark, the technician, was very pleasant and professional. Mark installed a new April Air. He made sure I understood how to regulate the humidity in the house before leaving. Carew knows what “customer care” means.
