Despite the busy season they got us scheduled within 24 hours to come and look at our furnace that stopped working in the single digit weather. The mechanic was kind, polite and got things done quickly. We love Buchanan’s!

Had a whole house clog that we found at midnight – couldn’t use toilets, no showers – backing up…etc. A mess. Stayed up calling around to find someone 24/7 – but that turned out to be REALLY expensive even before they look. I left a message with Buchanan and they called back at 7:00 am the next morning – they prioritized us based on urgent need which I REALLY appreciated. Devon and Dakota came to the house – they were professional and thorough. They explained things clearly, and worked hard while they were there. I appreciate their efforts and professionalism and honesty!!! Thank you!

Waited for them to come out for 3 days, no big deal… Guy got here did literally nothing , asked almost nothing and said well it’s probably the main sewer line we don’t work on those and left on a holiday weekend where we can’t get anyways else to come out. Literally still mind blown at the lack of effort or consideration.
