Booked AC service for afternoon in order to not ruin housesitters entire day. Tech showed up at 10:30am and left a note to call him. Note wasn’t found until the next day when I called to find out why the tech no-showed the appointment. Rep explained the note, which is when I found it in a side door no one uses. Why not just show up during the agreed to time?

Jon was awesome when he came out to give us a quote for a new furnace and a/c. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and did not seem bothered by all that I asked. Mitch and Tyson came the next day to install the units and were very professional, cleaned up after the project was complete. They were both very friendly and patient with all my questions. They were awesome!!!

The people from Elliott’s always do a good job and are attentive to customer needs. They installed my minisplits and are always available for maintenance tasks. They even give advice for maintenance we can do ourselves.

All of the staff at Elliott’s Heating Air Conditioning were very helpful and accommodating… from Krystal and Hannah who took our initial call, to your technician Joe, who replaced the needed part and got our A/C running again. Joe informed us about the service plan, which we signed up for the Silver Plan. Our home’s appliances are a lot of the original installations when we purchased our home, so it’s nice to have peace of mind, knowing Elliott’s will be looking out for us. We look forward to building a great customer and service relationship. Thanks again to Krystal, Hannah & Joe.
