Took 2 weeks from first phone call to completed work. 2 weeks without air; luckily it wasn’t too hot yet. Yes, one of the days was a holiday, but the call was placed well before that. Was told that I would receive an estimate by the end of the day-it took 3 days. I gave the go-ahead for the work-had to call back, only to find the parts hadn’t been ordered. Had to call again to see what the heck was going on-magically THAT day they were finally able to come out WITH the part? Highly questionable that the ball wasn’t dropped a few times. Receptionist was very kind and responsive.

Highly recommend this company/guys! They were efficient, respectful & polite. They explained a plan for us, delivered exactly what we talked about, removed our old set up, installed our new system & cleaned up afterwards. We are very well pleased!
