Called and was greeted with a “Hello” instead of “Edison Electrician blah blah.” Then I had to ask if I was calling the right place and was rudely answered with “I am Edison” and. when I started to state my reason for calling I was hanged up. Didn’t even get a call back. Very poor phone etiquette.

One of the fuses in our breaker box burned out. I looked for an electrician, and I found Matt. He promptly came to our house within a couple hours. Matt was polite and professional and had everything fixed in less than half an hour after he arrived. If I used an electrician again, I would definitely call Matt.
