The gentleman came earlier than I was expecting!! He listened to my comments. Checked the thermostat. Could see similar things happening. The decision was made for a new thermostat. He had one and quickly put in. Explained how to work it. Plus gave me the printed papers so I could double check at a latter date if needed. Thanks!!

Great company! After the guys were done installing our new AC unit, furnace with humidifier and new WiFi thermostat they went over everything with us. Will definitely recommend! Professional and hard working. Thank you!!

We recently had a York air conditioner installed by Dee’s Heating and Cooling. The installers were wonderful, professional and completed the installation in a short amount of time. They kept us posted on their progress and explained what they were doing. We also had Dee’s install our water heater about a year ago. They came out so quickly so we could have hot water. We couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, kindness and honesty. My husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dee’s Heating and Cooling for all of your AC/Heating needs!

My air conditioner quit working june 2nd was told needed a new unit by different company so aas pricing them. But i always thought it might be the outside capacitor since inside one replaced in dec. Which the compressor overheated. It was so hot lately and i keep my air on 62 degrees from march til end of October every year. I heard this company was good and looked at reviews. Called them yesterday and came out shortly after and put in new outside capacitor and saw that the one wire was melted and disconnected so fixed those two things and its running like a charm. It was 78 degrees before it was fixed now at 66. He shut vent in basement so its nice and cold in here might drop to 64 after few days dont want it to work so hard. My wolfdogs and i are very happy our igloo is back. So grateful for this company they are pricing out new units since mine is 22 years. Ill have more tine to save since this one works. THANKS A BUNCH BRYAN.

Mike and his crew are amazing. We have them do work at our church in Wadsworth. They are always on time and if any concerns arise, they explain the issue and have a solution. They are great people. Bryan was the last Tech that was here and he went above and beyond with is service and politeness. Thank you Dee’s HVAC!

Such an amazing company!! We were recommended them by my sister and brother in law and not only did they come out within a day or two of the call, they were super polite and willing to tell us our best options. Our part had to be ordered and as soon as it was in they called with a date and time for them to be here for install! Install was quick and seamless with zero issues. Our furnace system now works again and doesn’t shake our entire house when the fan turns on to blow to heat or air conditioning. The amount of quiet when it turns on is something we haven’t had in over 4 years. We are so so very thankful for this company and their affordability and customer service !
