Serviceman was professional and polite. I was very happy with his work. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is that I was scheduled a a/c service call where the tech was to show up from 8am to 10am. I was called at 9 to be told that they needed to reschedule me… I took off work and moved two other subs around to meet this date. I’m a flexible person and am willing to move things around to make things work( I did it once already with this company) but if I’m losing money as a contractor I don’t want to be told an hour after I’m expected to be home that I’m to reschedule. They did make it right and the tech showed up at 330 pm. I’m just saying that I wouldn’t ask a customer to reschedule twice and I would never do it when they are home and expecting me

Ben was diligent in troubleshooting the problem and once diagnosed, he was equally diligent in implementing the solution we needed to resolve our plumbing issue. His deep experience and commitment to excellence fixed a problem that others missed. So grateful to have Ben on the Kellam Team!

Just purchased property..first week in hottest stretch of heat..and AC down!!! Tech ( (Shawn) made it out late Saturday…After a very challenging day..and still had more clients to visit ….but he wasn’t letting customers down! He delivered bad news that I needed new system and worked with me to get that new system in in just a few days. I had called other companies and it was weeks! Install team out on wed..courteous and respectful of property. They ran into issues and called out Hunter as reinforcement. Made some progress but ran into additional issues..still not operational. Night emergency staff and Krystal in installation worked with me to get someone out as soon as possible on thursday while acknowledging my frustration..high regard of empathy and action! John arrived to the rescue early afternoon and thoroughly assessed all possible issues and corrections needed( in downpour !). Kellam delivered additional tools he needed. He was awesome! Although I wished this scenario was not my experience…I am very comfortable and pleased with the commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction and committment to working the issue until it’s exactly what customer needs..thank you team Kellam!!!

The Tech did a great job of checking and cleaning. Explained what he found / saw. It was a very hot day but he patiently sat in the attic to get the data he needed.

John was wonderful , he came out two different times to install a salt chlorinator power source and a timer for the pool on another day. He was very knowledgeable and doubled checked everything.

Kellam Mechanical is fantastic. I just had a tankless hot water heater installed by Ben Roberts and what a professional. Took the time to answer all my questions and he is very detailed orientated. I have also received great customer service from Scott Santerre, dealing with some of my concerns. What a great team. Just did my yearly flush, great job.
