We had a short in one of our breakers and gave them a call to see if they had any availability to squeeze us in. Cole was was able to come out within less then 20 minutes and diagnosed the problem quickly. We were up and running quickly. The service we recieves was outstanding and professional. We talked through some potential future work and am looking forward to working with them again!

Very unhappy with their service! I hired them to move bathroom lights after remodeling project and they failed to center them. One light off by an inch the other off by 11/2”. Never again will I use them or recommend them to family/friends… Update: The service manager sent over another technician, Kyle, who was able to cut out and move the fixtures to center. Thank you Josh and Kyle.

Very professional and timely in all aspects of the project cycle. Had a relatively tricky job in our parking lot and a small job within our building. Very upfront and honest with the scope of work and what would be required to complete the project. Would recommend again!

The Electrician, specifically Eric G, provide excellent service. The other day, while in the midst of a blizzard, Eric literally shoveled his way up the street and into our drive way, in order to keep the appointment (which we weren’t expecting them to keep). Eric G provided excellent service and we were very pleased with the work. I highly recommend The Electrician.

Was billed significantly more than what I was quoted. On our original quote I was told that there would be one electrician and that it would take a couple of hours making the job about $700. On the morning of the job the electrician informed me that he was told it was a hot tub outside and not an indoor sauna and two people showed up. I didn’t realize both were electricians and figured the second guy was training or a helper of some sort. I understand that things can take longer than originally anticipated I was very disappointed that the morning of the electricians weren’t even aware of the job they were doing and that two were sent when I was told it would be one and that essentially doubled the original quote. It was unfortunately my fault for not getting the quote in writing so I had nothing to show that what I was quoted was originally half the price. The quality of the work was well done and the sauna works well however took much longer than quoted and therefore cost a lot more. Addendum: After hearing of the above situation the manager contacted me and reimbursed for the amount difference. I would consider this above and beyond customer service and for this reason work with the company in the future.

Our Apartment was experiencing some bizarre electrical issue that was taking out half the lights in our unit, along with a handful of outlets. Our apartments maintenance person could not resolve it, and we were without a majority of electrical for roughly 16 hours. Nick G was deployed to our apartment after hours and was fantastic to work with. While some tradesmen do not appreciate being accompanied by residents of the home, Nick was very personable, and even took the time to explain the steps he was taking, and why. The issue was resolved in a timely manner, and he even went the extra mile to resolve some other potential wiring issues that were discovered upon troubleshooting. I appreciate Nick for not taking any shortcuts, throughly troubleshooting, and resolving the issue. Unfortunate situation for us to be in, but satisfied with the end result.
