Make sure you get a second opinion. I had service patriots come out to look at my heat pump as it suddenly stopped working. I was told that my compressor was bad, my fan was bad, my capacitors were bad and I had a refrigerant leak ( that alone was going to be $750 to do a leak test). I was told since my unit was 24 yrs old it would need to be replaced and if I decided to repair it the parts will be hard to come by. In desperation I had another HVAC company come out on an after hours service call…..turns out my compressor and fan are fine, I have full refrigerant and my issue was two bad capacitors. It was fixed immediately and for $250 plus the call out fee. Service patriots estimated $18,000….. Shady company buyer beware.

They did a good job, but I was a little disappointed that they routed the venting pipes, electrical lines and waterlines thru my siding of the house instead of thru the crawl space like I requested. There was openings already in place for the pipes. But overall they at least made it look good so I can live with it.

Amazing service. Worked hard and as quickly as my small space would allow them. Efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. Mikey came out and did our initial consultation and was perfect for our busy family.

Four technicians came to my home on Wednesday, June 26th, to install a new furnace and air conditioner. Tristan, Frank, Miguel, and Jacob were professional, respectful, pleasant, and thorough. I cannot commend them enough. I would be extremely happy to have them work for me in the future. Kudos to Service Patriots for hiring such a great crew.

Would have been nice if someone had showed. Scheduled arrival was between 10am and noon. Called the office to confirm and receptionist gave me a revised time of noon to 12.45 and assured me he would be there. Arrival time came and went so I called again to be told the tech had a family emergency and I whoever I had spoken with shouldn’t have told me he’d be here. I’ve wasted most of the day waiting when a simple phone call and interoffice communication would have taken care of it. If they are this disorganized regarding a simple quote then how are they when it comes to an actual job? Probably dodged a bullet by not going with them. Update – Grayden with service patriots gave me a call today and asked what they could go to make things right. I appreciate him reaching out.

Showed up on time, and took just under how long they said it would take. They were very thorough and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and then some! They explained everything they were doing and what ongoing maintenance i would need to do on my part. The ac is running great and very happy overall

I recently had the pleasure of having Jimmy from Service Patriots come to my home for a routine checkup & some troubleshooting on my air conditioner unit. From the moment he arrived, Jimmy was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue with my AC, within 30 mins, and performed a quick fix, ensuring everything was running smoothly before he left. His efficiency & expertise were truly impressive. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and will definitely be calling Service Patriots for any future needs. Highly recommend Jimmy for his outstanding service!

Yea just don’t.. find another place.. After the salesman conned us ( joseph) we went in and they seemed to agree and help us out a tad by giving us a warranty for just in case .. whatever. Over paid but we got a good warranty. Not. Recieved paperwork stating it’s only labor covered… so cool they lied to get us out of the office just like they lied to sell the product. There are more honest and deserving companies out there.

My wife and I learned about Service Patriots from one of our family members who spoke highly of their service and affordability, so we figured we would give them a try as well. Today was the day that they came out, and just as our family member suggested we would be, we are incredibly happy with the service we received. Our technician (Albert) was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and communicative. Not once did we feel any sense of “pressure-sales” yet he was still able to inform us of parts that we may want to consider replacing/having serviced. We certainly anticipate using Service Patriots for any of our HVAC needs in the future.
