This company is top-notch! I am partial to one of their service people (I have worked with others and they are just as experienced and friendly-I choose my tech because he and I have a few things in common to talk about) and I’ve had him work on my units for years. He is professional and knowledgeable. Very kind and social to my family and my puppy. Every time I call to schedule my service; every single person that I talk to is so friendly. If you’re looking for professional, high quality & customer first service for your HVAC & plumbing needs you’ve come to the right place! My old AC unit stopped working & needed to be replaced. The Krinkies technical team did a great job discussing all options with me and listening to what my needs and budget were for a replacement option. I ended up going with a new AC/Furnace combination as my furnace was getting close to its shelf life. I also saved money by going this route through the discounts and rebates offered by the Krinkies team for installing the AC/Furnace combination. Their installation team was exceptional and very professional. Their focus wasn’t just on getting new equipment installed but also making sure it was installed correctly, worked as intended and looked aesthetically pleasing with my home’s layout. Great experience. The technician Mike was super nice, very knowledgeable. Told me what was wrong with the AC unit and why it had failed. The only small issue: they were not able to give a window of when the tech could come out. I was put on a list for the day or next day. However, it was only a couple hours wait time.
