We can’t say enough about the service we received from Thorsen’s-Norquist, Inc. While another company tried to sell us a new air conditioner, Martin assured us that our existing unit was working fine, and recommended servicing. We also had some raccoon damage to our duct work, which they replaced, and our house is finally cooling in rooms that haven’t been cool for a couple of seasons. We 100% recommend this company, and even signed up for their maintenance program. We are thrilled!

Where do I even begin? As I currently write this review I’m frustrated to think it says open 24 hours yet nobody ever showed up for the service that was promised. Being told a technician would be out in 30 minutes and waiting without a working a/c unit all day long hoping the technician would show up is such a disappointment. Will never ever use this company as they are unreliable and it’s disrespectful as a customer to be given false hope that my a/c could have been fixed today. Companies would surely do better if they wouldn’t give out false promises. I rather be told a technician isn’t available due to the 4th of July weekend than being told someone is on the way to never end up showing up. Maybe they should update their website to show their TRUE working hours or holiday hours.

Wow I am blown away by the excellent service & response from this company. Today on Independence Day holiday I contacted the company just before 5PM, & it is now before 6:30pm & our A/C is repaired & cooling the house. Irvin was our Technician who was polite, efficient and thorough. It is now 105 degrees outside & it would have been dangerous for us to stay in the house until Saturday when a local competitor had scheduled us for a service call. Truly lifesaving service during this heatwave. Thank You and many blessings to your team.
