Called to see about getting some work done. Only for them to hang up in my face before answering my questions. On the website their business hour starts at 7am I called at 7:10 I asked were they open she said no so I asked what time did they open, she hung up on me. I had no problem waiting until they did. But I felt like that was very unprofessional. If they are going to be that rude over something so simple I would hate to have them do work for me and have a problem.

It appears my daughter had some shotty work done in her new construction home. I called about building codes for dryer wall outlet and electric water tankless hot waters. I found the owner Glen to be knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. I believe my daughter will be changing out her hot water system soon…so sad And Kirk electric will be the man to do the job.

Had appointment time scheduled, on day of service they did not show on time. Nor did they answer phone call or return call.

Came and did an estimate, said they could do the job no problem. Said they would only be turning off the the power in certain rooms so our AC could stay on for the dogs. We spent hours cleaning and moving furniture so it would be easy for them. They showed up for the actual job two hours late. We left so we wouldn’t be in the way (small house). When we came home they had left our main breaker off, our front door unlocked and had done none of the work. No phone call to tell us they wouldn’t do the job. Our house was probably 110 degrees inside and our dogs were suffering. Haven’t even opened the fridge yet but probably ruined all of our food too. Spent nearly $250 on light fixtures that are just sitting here now. I see a lot of good reviews on here, I don’t know who they sent to y’all’s house but the man they sent to us left our dogs trapped in a house with no air and windows closed for hours and left our front door unlocked for anyone to just walk in.

Kirk Electric was very professional and courteous from beginning to end. Appointment scheduling was easy and swift and the technician was great! I would highly recommend them and I plan on using them for future electrical work.

Mr. KuyKendall came out on a Saturday evening to help us figure out what was going on with the wiring of a newly bought dryer. He went above and beyond, gave us advice for future reference, and was very professional! He cleaned up after himself and even found additional issues with the supply line. He then called the city (again – on a Saturday evening) and the city came out immediately, found the same problem that was causing issues for not only us, but our neighbors as well! Mr. KuyKendall has won our business for life! Thank you Kirk Electric! Fair price for exceptional service!

Kirk’s Electric is exceptional! My air went out on a Saturday and I called them early Sunday (not expecting a call back) and they returned my call in a timely manner. I explained what was going on and they sent a repairman out within an hour. The repairman actually took the time to check everything thoroughly. He inspected every aspect of the outside and inside units. He explained what was causing the issue and repaired it. Not only do I appreciate how well he explained everything, I also appreciate how well he diagnosed the problem. After all was said and done, I received the first hour free, as I was a new customer, and the bill was very reasonable. Thank you Kirk Electric for the service and I will be using you again!

They replaced my hot water heater with a tankless water heater. Glenn sized my heater for me and gave me a quote. They installed it the very next day. They went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect. When they removed the drip pan of the old water heater, they added some 2 x 4s so I would have a path to walk on in my attic and also removed some blown in insulation from my HVAC unit. They stayed until the job was perfect and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I have used Kirk Electric in the past for an air conditioning unit replacement as well as several times I have needed electrical work done. I will continue to use them. They are really great.
