Our AC was not keeping up and our landlord reached out to Peters and within minutes they called and set up an appointment for later that day. Our tech was Ronnie and he was super friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly! He hosed off our unit outside and he rolled up our hose better than he found it which was so nice. I definitely recommend Peters for hvac!

Make sure you get a price for the visit. They were twice as much as their competitors. I had no problems with the techs work but I felt they should have advised me of the initial visit. If I use them for the installation, I will write another review.

Had my furnace stop working on a 20 degree night. Gave them a call at 9 PM and they were out within an hour. It was luckily a minor issue and was fixed quickly. They could not have been more friendly. Will use in the future.

One company said we needed a new furnace and I called Peters for a second opinion. I was told by them that a small wire was not attached and after attaching that, the furnace was fine. They will now be my permanent furnace and AC company.!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother. She had a full ac/heat installation done at the house over a year ago, and while the system works great, two thing were pretty sloppy. First, there was at LEAST 7 feet of excess piping from the duct to vent in two separate rooms causing major air flow issues. It was so bad I had to go up in the attic and cut off The piping and insulation, then reattach. I also brought this up to one of the men after they finished and he blew it off saying it was fine. It was definitely not. Second, There are two 2 and a half inch holes drilled into the ceiling a little over a foot from the unit that were incorrectly put there since they weren’t needed. Thankfully i was able to remedy the situations since she couldn’t have climbed into the attic and fixed them.
