The absolute best heating and cooling business in the Grand Traverse area. Shawn Howell of Geo furnace came out promptly and fixed a problem for us, knowing our grand kids were about to arrive. They know what they are doing and they care.

It’s never fun when your ac stops working during the summer months. Shawn Howell was here (again, but not for the same reason) and he knew just where to go, found the cause right away, checked a couple of other possible failure modes (for any other possibilities) and was on his way. Tom, Jacob and Oscar did an absolute killer job with my crawl space encapsulation and spray foam insulation. Some very scary areas are now clean, insulated and usable space in my small home and I can’t thank them enough for their timeliness, professionalism and constant communication. I knew where we were at every step of the project which was super important because I had multiple contractors coming and going with some overlapping schedules. I’d be remiss if I didn’t shoutout Jan for setting it all up as well and help formulate the vision. Kudos guys!
