Job was done fine and in a timely manner. But $285 for a backlog test?? Test $50 Service call $170 Labor $65 (1/2 hr at $130) $285 for the under 20 minutes he was here, WOW.

I didn’t have an experience with D and W, I was 3 days without heat and had to call someone else to fix the problem. Northern was out in a couple hours and was diagnosed and fixed soon after

I trust this company and would highly recommend them to my loved ones. Jim and I had a solid 20 min conversation about my water heater. He really took the time to answer all of my questions. The price was right and it was refreshing to not feel taken advantage of as a woman. My service guy, Dan showed up right on time with an upbeat attitude and the utmost professionalism. If you’re like me and try to support local businesses as much as possible, I can’t say enough good things about this team!

D&W Mechanical charged us a $160.00 service call and our home is 9 miles away from their shop. The tech was great but the fees exorbitant. We supplied the kitchen faucet and their fee was $341.00 to install it. The tech was here for 45 minutes. Not sure they want residential customers.
