TCLP have installed fiber at our condos. The work began in Sept 2023 and it’s now almost March 2024 and the underground utility location flags have been littering our property for almost 6 months now. They have done nothing to remove them or let us know that we can. I called them (no reply to emails) to ask if the flags could be removed. They claimed not to know that it was their work that necessitated the flags and the guy was quite rude. Not impressed and it’s very unlikely that I will sign up now.

unprofessional staff and company. kept sending me bills after I moved and won’t return voicemails/emails. i had been sending these for almost 2 months and they just now responded after sending them an angry email about going to court over this. if you have to work with this company ask your landlord to go through them, because it seems near impossible for them to shut off your account once you move (you cant do it yourself online) or bill you correctly.

Completely unprofessional experience with Shari while trying to make a payment over the phone. If there was another company to utilize, I would switch in a heartbeat after the previous uncomfortable phone call. I actually had to request to work with a different customer service agent because I was interrupted so many times + felt so uncomfortable sharing my payment info! unfortunately there are no other options to switch where I am located, perhaps that’s why they do not prioritize customer service for small businesses.

TCLP has improved dramatically since it’s operational severance from the city of Traverse City. Few issues.

What an awful company. They have a monopolistic environment in the traverse city area as well. I really would prefer not to have them as my service provider but they’re the only network in my area. I couldn’t agree with the way. They do business because they do not communicate with their customers or clientele. I will say again. This is an awful company and I would recommend 0 out of 5 stars if it was possible.

I called about charges to my bill even though I had already been enrolled in autopay and I got a lot of sass from the lady helping me. I’m new to paying bills and she certainly didn’t help me understand what went wrong or even why I got charged extra.
