Carter Services response was great. From the time we called to having the refrigerator repair completed was less than 4 hours. The office help was wonderful. She was able to contact Jerry Fisher on the road. Jerry showed up within 30 minutes of the service window start time. (I was able to track his route similar to UBER, which was pretty cool). He emptied the freezer and located the problem quickly. He didn’t have a replacement motor in his vehicle or at the office, but was able to find a coworker at a nearby location who had the correct motor. Jerry went to his coworkers location and retrieved the new part within minutes. I was really surprised how quickly Jerry returned with the new part. He replaced the motor and had the refrigerator up and running within minutes. Outstanding team work by the entire organization!
