Installed central system and started having issues with noisy duck work. Call several times and got blown off every time I talked to them about a time to come check it out…. SMH would not recommend!

Called College Hill on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 to schedule an appointment for them to look at what I need done and give me an estimate so I would know somewhat what it was going to cost me. Likely would have told them to go ahead and get started. The guy that answered the phone tells me that they do not give estimates. I was a little perplexed and asked “So I am just supposed to let you start work, and not know if I am going to get charged $1000 or more? He got belligerent and more rude and said “Well I’m not gonna sit here and argue about it” I said ” I am only trying to understand this” He raised his voice and said why don’t you just call A1 and rudely hung up. If the is the type of people they employ then I have to recommend against ever using them. I have hired another company, that said they would be glad to give me an estimate before starting the job..

Dunco will do a professional job for the same price if not less with a better warranty and customer service. If you need a quick, cheap, jerry rig, these your guys. If you want real service…. someone else.

Frank and Travis were able to get our furnace up and running in just two hours. We tried two other companies prior to calling College Hill, but neither of them could figure out the problem. Frank and Travis were polite, professional, and they cleaned up the mess before leaving. Thank you College Hill – you’ve got our business from here on out!!

Overpriced services. Kaw offered same service for $1500 less AND offers financing. College hill requires $2000 down and the rest due in 30 days.

Told him what my problem was–he said try this first. I did and it fixed the problem. He said i’d hate to come out and just do that. Saved me money and restored my faith in mankind. there are honest decent people alive. Highly recommend.

I recently obtained a property in Topeka and needed an after regular hours service call to be done immediately because a plumbing problem caused water to get inside the unit and a “crackling” sound could be heard. At the suggestion of the plumber I called college hill because their business stickers are on the hot water heater and the HVAC unit. The concerns were safety and potential harm to the unit itself. Call rolled to call center. I was met with rudeness, sarcasm, disrespect and refusal for a technician to come. I had the call on speaker so the plumber could answer any technical questions to clarify the problem. Same treatment. As a result I called a different company who responded quickly with courtesy and respect.
