I just called with an emergency electrical problem. Susan could not help me but she gave me two other Electricans phone numbers then she said that if they could not help me to call back. What wonderful customer service

Have been remodeling my house in phases and Mark has been a huge help getting everything safe and updated. I can be quite the helicopter (I try not to be) and Mark has been great about it and answering all of my questions and concerns. Thank you so much I am quite happy with the results!

We had the breakers trip and had some issues getting power to come back on on one of the walls ; Turns out it was just the GFCI and I spaced on it. $97 lesson, at least i got a magnet out of it too. Way she goes – they responded quickly and were professional, plus we got a quote for something we’ve been putting off too. Overall good experience.

Greenwave Electric is a great company. They were booked solid but they took the time to help me find another company to help me when my outlets were shorting out in my kitchen. That is above and beyond the call of duty. I thank them so much and I want to give them a five star rating for putting the customer first. I spoke to them, and two hours later, they company they referred me to had completed my service. You are a first rate company in my book.

I had an appointment 2 weeks out. I could only deal with the scheduler. I was told to email my issue and Mark would get back to me with pricing. I did that and he never contacted me.The receptionist could not or would not give me that information. I wanted an idea of how charges were determined. The scheduler canceled on me. She had no idea what she was doing. I asked for Mark to call me back. He never did.
