Excellent service all around. He set expectations by saying that he might not fit us in today, and he gave a few referrals in case that was important to us. He arrived slightly before he said he expected to be here. He listened to me regarding the “symptoms” and actions that I had taken so far. He found that the system worked after a quick fix as he started to do diagnosing troubleshooting. He could tell that I was invested in what he was doing, so he spent a minute telling me what he planned for the next steps in diagnosing my specific system. I wish I could give 6 stars. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Absolutely great service! We had called one of the big HVAC companies to check out our son and daughter in laws AC that stopped working. That companies tech told them the only option was to replace the entire unit. That didn’t make sense so we did some research and tried some diy troubleshooting. We were able to find a couple of issues and address them. We got it working more than it was but were at the end of what we could do. Decided to contact someone local and they said they could come out the next morning which happened to be the 4th of July. Showed up when they said they would and fixed some of our DIY. Cleaned some parts that we missed and got everything up and running. We didn’t have an “AC guy” before but now we do!

Jeremy was very responsive to my inquiries. Fair pricing and got our new system installed within a very reasonable time. He and his guys didn’t leave any mess, verified everything was working well before they left and they took care of everything with professionalism. They didn’t even seem bothered by my jerk of a dog who kept barking at them. I’d definitely refer anyone who needs a new HVAC system to Ace.

Jeremy and his team were fantastic! I just purchased a home a couple of weeks ago and I needed to replace an old furnace and add AC to a house that only had a swamp cooler. My invoice is what I was quoted, no surprises. He even let me know about a rebate available on my old furnace. I had to leave the house before they were done – they got the job done, didn’t leave any mess and made sure to lock up the house for me. Jeremy answers the phone when you call and responds to messages immediately. I would 100% recommend them to anyone out there looking for any HVAC needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Jeremy! Super nice guy! Very intelligent! He relocated our AC unit for us! He was prompt, quick and the work looks amazing! He was also $500 cheaper than the other quote we got! He came highly recommended from many people! He truly does a great job and doesn’t rip people off in the process. He noticed our house has an AC unit that is too small for our house. (Like all the other hvac that have come out) he let us know but it wasn’t like a sales pitch he genuinely wanted us to know and understand our options. Super great guy! Won’t go anywhere else!

Jeremy went out of his way to make sure me and my kids were taken care of asap as my house was at a very high temperature. Also followed back up. He was awesome. Highly recommended.
