I had an issue with my furnace. And Nick help me figure it out, he did something that I know not a lot of service providers would ever do. I would recommend this company. The service they provided to me really showed me that their focus is a relationship with the community rather than capital gains. Thank you

TLDR; Harris Air is the absolute best and I will use them for ALL future service needs. I have absolute trust in them and appreciate them going above and beyond for me! The AC in my house went out in June. I have a home warranty and the warranty company asked me to find an HVAC company to work with. I had heard good things about Harris Air so I gave them a call. They sent Thad out to do the diagnosis on my AC. He found a faulty capacitor and changed that but the AC still wasn’t working. He found a couple of other issues and at that point, the only logical choice was a complete replacement. We got prices from Thad on the replacement and, honestly, their prices were great. The warranty company reviewed the notes from Thad and Nick (the manager who stepped in to help with the warranty claim) and approved the replacement. Once we received the approval from the warranty company, Thad was at our door at 8:00 the next morning and got the new AC installed. Seriously, I have never had a better service experience in my life. I will absolutely call them for any and all service needs.

Furnace was leaking water! Thad, from Harris responded and found the problem, and search the nation for the correct replacement part. Found it and repaired our furnace!! Professional and honest! Thank you Harris Air! Harry Shinton

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Harris Air in Tooele was extremely fast getting to our house to fix our heater today, and I’m extremely grateful! Nick was very efficient, helpful, and professional. I will definitely call this company again for any heating or air conditioning needs, and I would very strongly recommend them to anyone needing help. Thank you Nick & Harris Air!!!

Show up for an hour in the morning and sit in the truck and then left.Come back in the afternoon, and talked on his phone 3 hours and not getting things done.
