Scheduled them to come out to an emergency work order at 9AM for a commercial property. Confirmed they would be out later in the day. At 7:30 PM still no call no show. Called in, guy was very rude and told me they weren’t going to make it that day. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Had a few exterior lights changed at one of our buildings and AFTER they changed the bulbs for a few hundred dollars, they told me they recommended replacing some of the cases. First red flag, but I said sure, get us a quote. Then he says “well, you should really consider switching to LEDs.” So I asked for a quote for that. They quote was ridiculously high for some simple wallpacks so I asked for a breakdown of pricing and Dan Wainscott, the PRESIDENT of the company, told me he had already spent enough time on it and if it was too high, I just needed to pay my first invoice. Never seen anything so unprofessional in my entire life. The whole office had a great laugh, because we’ll gladly take our business elsewhere. I highly recommend everyone else do the same.
