Jeff was very quick to respond when I called about my broken ac. Bob who came to check it out and replace it was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Everyone was super professional. I definitely recommend these guys and will use them for any future servicing.

Called Jeff about two propane fire pits I have that were not flowing properly ! He had Wally out here within a hour fixed and out the door! Great service! Great pricing ! Highly recommend ! They have also serviced my daughter’s house for heat & air! Will definitely use them again !

Thank you Superb Heating and Air of Tinley Park, IL for your prompt response and professionalism. Our conditioner is almost 24 years old and it’s a good model, it’s a Carrier. The problem was that it was only blowing out room-temperature air. I tried calling another company that I had worked with last fall regarding a minor problem we had with the furnace, but they did not respond quickly enough. I found Jeff’s company doing a quick Google search and was impressed by the reviews. I was not looking for anyone to try to up-sell or hard-sell me on other services or new equipment, etc. unless it’s needed. I sent Jeff a text and he responded within 15 to 20 minutes. We had a short conversation where he asked me several questions regarding the problem, he then had one of his techs. named Wally who came out the next day. Wally was very professional and polite as he troubleshooted the situation and found a very simple fix, it was nothing more than a loose wire. He then went and showed me every step that he was taking in his troubleshooting procedure and I was able to see everything that he was doing while he explained each step to me thoroughly on the basics of how the systems should work. Once he found the problem we went back outside to the air conditioning unit and he showed me how the Freon was working properly and working at its coolest levels as our air started coming out nice and cold once again. Wally did not try to up-sell or hard-sell us on anything else, he just took care of the problem, and I appreciate that very much. All we had to pay was the service fee to come out. I am very happy with the outcome and the professionalism of Superb Heating and Air. When it does come time for our unit to be replaced they will be the first ones I call for an estimate. Thanks again Jeff and Wally for your professionalism and quick response!

Jose came over to fix the circulator pump for our furnace that stopped working and when he came to fix that found a multitude of different problems that kept happening and he fixed every single one with professionalism and patience even though it was problem after problem. He kept finding solutions and he kept the price low for us knowing that it was a last minute emergency for us and limited funds. He did fantastic work. I will definitely be using his services again and I want to recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs plumbing or boiler or furnace solutions. These guys are great. They help, they communicate well, they are very informative, they care, they’re professional and they they do what it takes. You can’t beat the price!
