Working with this electrician service was a breeze. Within 48 hours of reaching out to them (despite our problem being non-emergency), they managed to dispatch a representative, which was truly commendable. Their pricing was reasonable, and our representative, Wesley, was both knowledgeable and affable. He arrived punctually at 8am, which was quite impressive. After we explained the problem, he took the time to chat with us. He provided us with a quote before proceeding and adhered to it. Wesley was a friendly and pleasant individual. It’s hard for me to pen down this review because I don’t want these electricians to get too busy and not be available. However, these guys are simply the best service providers in Timonium! Richard and Luke are always punctual, extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and diligent. They ensure the job is done right the first time, actively listen to your requirements, and what sets them apart is their knack for finding solutions. If by any chance something is overlooked, Wesley and Caleb return and rectify it without any fuss or attempts to overcharge. They are simply the best!
