When out 5 1/2 year old unit messed up (we didn’t install it so we didn’t have a warranty) we could have put more money into it like we did in past or buy a new unit. We decide to go with a new unit. Steve took time explaining everything to us and was so patient and didn’t push us in way . All the Rose City guys that came out to install this unit were very kind and professional. I even spoke with the owner Jonathan last week and told him how much i appreciate them all. We love our new unit that is sized properly for our needs.

Jonathan, the actual owner did a weekend service to my residence today and he literally diagnosed the issue that I was experiencing over the phone. Very professional, didn’t charge me a dime and honored the warranty that I had on file( that I had forgotten about). I would recommend this company to anyone if you’re thinking of buying a new unit or servicing your old one.

My HVAC went out this past Saurday morning. I called Rose City AC and Steve came out about an hour later. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He explained the overall condition of my HVAC and with it being 20 years old, he gave me options and quotes on a new system. He wasn’t aggressive and didn’t give off the typical “salesmen” vibe. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. I am looking forward to long professional relationship with Rose City AC.
