Great people. Saturday service call was prompt and thorough. Calling them for replacement heat and air system. Was checked inaapril, froze up in June. Hope this is not indicator of heil was hoping to avoid hot summer nights 10 hrs later still cooling, thank you

WHAT A RIPOFF!! I would typically have good things to say about this company, but my last encounter has left me feeling very disappointed. They have been very good at servicing my furnace and air conditioner, but I had never used their plumbing service until now. I called and asked them to come install a water line because I was going to be getting a new refrigerator that had an ice maker. They set a time to come on Friday. The technicians spent about 10-15 minutes evaluating the job to be done and told me they would have to come back on Monday because it was going to take a couple of hours and they didn’t have time on Friday due to so many other service calls to be done. No problem. They come back on Monday and spent about 1 1/2 hours putting in the waterline. The problem comes from the bill when they charged nearly $150 for 1 hour labor minimum for Friday after spending 10 minutes evaluating the job and telling me they’d have to come back Monday. When I said something to the company about it, I was told there is a 1 hour minimum labor charge for all service calls and had they known there wasn’t a waterline at all, they would have scheduled the call for a day to allow enough time for completion of the job all in one visit. I don’t know how much clearer I could have been than “I need a waterline installed.” In the last email I received, they said they could credit 30 minutes back to my bill for the initial service call on Friday, which is better than nothing I guess. But let’s be clear, that is a credit with the company, not a refund back to my credit card. Also, that they had some new people and the person who scheduled the service call might have misunderstood. My advice to consumers…be very clear about the service you want so there is no misunderstanding and, if they say they have to come back another day, be aware you will be charged almost $150 just for them stepping in the door.

Zack came to my son and daughter house, he was very professional, well mannered and got the job done, cleaned up the mess and asked if we need anything further to give them a call….very good customer service…I highly recommend them

Mike came to my home today and replaced my failed water heater. He’s such a nice, personable guy. He did a great job and was up front with pricing before coming out to my house. I feel like the pricing for the job was fair and the work performed was done very well. I would not hesitate to use this company or recommend this company. Great service, great employee.
