Had a leaking waste pipe. Michael and Jordan came out to fix it and wound up doing it faster and cheaper than originally quoted. Great dudes- also offered plenty of advice about other home maintenance. Will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Michael & Jordan from Supreme Plumbing & Heating were extremely prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly on their first visit. Our crawlspace is hard to access, but they had no issue getting our leak fixed!

Brandon and Darren came and saved us big time today! Clogged up bathtub and leaky pipes in the basement. They were both great guys and took care of the issue in no time. Thank you, fellas!

if i could leave a zero star review, i would. we have used this company in the past without issues, however this morning that was not the case. woke up at 4 am to my basement flooded, my furnace being flooded in the process and it reeked of gas. so we immediately call them, they say someone will be out shortly. we wait over an over before calling them back, just for someone to tell us they have no idea about our situation & they don’t know if someone is even coming out. they say they will call us back, so we wait another 45 minutes before they call us back to tell us that they spoke to the person who was on call while we called them initially, they said we never called. that they have no record of us calling or of our situation. they are EXTREMELY disrespectful at this point, i had already explained to them that i have a one year old and the situation is urgent. they proceed to tell me that they can still come out but it won’t be until later this afternoon because they have things they have to do before hand. we are talking SEVERAL hours. even though my house reeks of gas and i have an infant. i absolutely do not recommend and we will not be using this company again. literally ended up having to call the fire department so they could confirm we had a gas leak because this company couldn’t take our situation seriously, what a joke.

Michael fixed our minor plumbing issues promptly and professionally. He also gave helpful plumbing tips and advice. I would request him, if possible, next time we have an issue. I rarely leave reviews, but Michael deserves a good one. Five stars!
