Paitson service has never disappointed me. My furnace and generator have over the years failed during severe weather events. I’m always happy to see Matt come to our rescue! He traveled to us this last time waiting for a log to be cleared from the road to get here, and arrived pleasant, professional, and ready to fix up the issue at the end of what I’m sure was a challenging day finding routes through the storm damage. I appreciate that he always explains why the failure happened and prevention advice going forward. Matt is the best!

Matt came out at 945pm to work on our unit even though he had already been working all day. Even though parts had to be ordered and he wasn’t able to fix it that moment it made it better to know we were moving in the right direction
