Mason was amazing, great explanations on what the issue was and how it was/was going to be fixed. Prices for arctic air are better than what I expected for Cali mx calls. Also thank you for being the only company in Tehachapi I could get to pick up their phone! Will definitely be calling for Mason for any future issues if we have them!

Mason with Arctic Air was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the issue and got me up and running. He also gave me a lot of great preventative maintenance tips along the way. I highly recommend Arctic Air over some of the other providers.

Henry over at Arctic Air was absolutely wonderful, he got me and my fiancé a whole new unit for our home. The last one we had wasn’t cooling the house down fully. Henry came out and told us exactly what we would need and didn’t give us the run around on unnecessary stuff. I hate sales people but Henry kept it short and simple very to the point and easy for us to understand and resolve the problem. We are very happy with Henry’s service and will definitely be calling back Arctic Air and asking Mr.Henry again! 😊
