We needed electrical installed in our new Morton workshop. I wanted to handle the electrical installation and initiated multiple quotes over three months in advance. Albritton came out and gave us a reasonable estimate. After several followup questions, we signed the paperwork and scheduled Albritton for mid May. When the due date arrived, Albritton was a no show. When I called to find out what the problem was, Albritton told me I was bumped out more than a month. I was never updated on the schedule change. They blamed me by saying I didn’t follow up enough. (I am not sure how I am supposed to schedule their shop for them). Anyway, the Morton Building Manager saved the day and found me another electrical contractor on short notice. So Kudos for Morton Buildings Inc. and 1 star for Albritton.

We live in an old house and added appliances which meant we needed some rewriting and a new circuit. I called and they came out as scheduled, worked diligently and got everything working! Very professional!!

One-year new ultra-low freezer works well but recently breaker occidentally trips. The technician came and told that he will replace the breaker and outlet receptors. when he finished, he said good to go and claimed 1.5-hour labor. Unfortunately, just couple days later, the freezer powered off and the nearby breaker tripped. I made a phone call they told me will come to solve the problem as soon as possible but couple day gone, and I had to call again and again, finally the fourth days afternoon; the technician came back and told that he did not replace the breaker and only switch the wires and insisted that the problem came out from the freezer and claimed it is the freezer compressor problem, but he cannot inspect it.

After an AC tech found an uncapped live wire in our attic (that had already sparked a small fire!), Albritton sent two electricians out within two hours of my call. Both were polite, informative, and swept up the insulation that fell from the attic. They even found a second uncapped wire while repairing the first, and did a once over of the entire attic to make sure there weren’t any other hazards. Their price was more than reasonable, especially considering that they fit me in on such short notice. Can’t recommend them enough!
