Amazing service. Very professional. Fixed my main A/C problem, conducted a courtesy inspection of the rest of the system. Found and replaced other parts going out. Will definitely use Rentmeister in the future.

First time using Rentmeister. They were great! They got there in a couple of days. Everything went smoothly. Our tenant was very pleased with the tech and their work. The only thing that was kind of a pain was when calling in, it seemed like I got an answering service that must not be local as they didn’t seem to know much regarding our appointment.

There was no mention on the website or the phone call of the $75 service fee or any idea of cost for the job. This was after telling them what I was looking to do. The service was good and they gave me a discount, but if I knew I was going to be paying the service fee AND the cost of the job I would have gone a different route.

Called Rentmeister to fix my air conditioner it’s a busy time right now but they fit me in the schedule the same day I called. The tech was super nice and so helpful and had us back up and running quickly. I definitely recommend them.

New construction install. Had a few issues where the freon was leaking. Rentmeister came out and was able to identify a couple issues. After a couple visits the leak was fixed and new parts were installed. The texhnicians were very knowledgable and did a great job of keeping me updated. Rich was very respectful of my property.
