Words can not begin to describe how prompt, knowledgeable and talented the team at Abalene is. My HVAC started acting up in the heat wave, they came out and got everything back up and running. I can’t recommend them enough.

Being owned an operated by local people who are focused on quality service -because they live and work here too and have the integrity to to the right thing. There’s a reason Abalene has been servicing the area for over 50 years! Their honesty and knowledge talked me out of an unnecessary expensive repair others would have happily taken my money for. That keeps them in my rolodex. Plus I love the fact they are up with the times – just check out the electric van that showed up for my service call! ( And “oil” company using an electric van – “mind blown”!)

These guys are great. They give accurate estimates, show up on time to do work, get the work done quickly and professionally, and then make sure you are happy. Had them do multiple projects and they never try to upsell me and have helped me keep some of my aged equipment in service for longer than should be expected. I can’t say enough good things about Matt and the team.

I called for a quote to replace my boiler and hot water heater. The person who answered the phone basically told me not to bother with them since they are booked for two months. Must be nice to be so busy to turn away new potential customers. Anyway, don’t bother calling them and wasting your time like I did.

They came and changed out a water heater. Did a great job moved some of the old copper changed a valve and cleaned up when they were done. Great work thank you. Will use again.

I was told 225 a hour for labor and was willing to pay it. after tech explained to me what he had to do to change the valve, it went u to 438$ and still was willing to pay it. then he explained that he wouldn’t know if there would be any other problems after turning the system back on and the price would go up but could not estimate it. I told him I will have to get a 2nd opinion and ask how much do I owe you now. he checked with his boss and charged me 145 plus tax and said that if you decide to do the job with us the 145 will come off the bill. the valve that needed to be replaced is a pressure release valve on a navein instantaneous hot water boiler. I got the valve on Amazon for 23 bucks in 2 days. Installed it myself in 45 minutes.
