These guys came out and “looked” at my mother in laws outside unit and told her it was going to have to be replaced. Given it’s a old R22 unit and new units can cost $4000-6000 and you can’t buy the R22 units anymore. my mother in law was looking for second opinions before spending thousands on mini splits. If the owner of the company (Not Montey Moffett) his co owner, had actually looked at the unit and tested a few things (like the capacitor which runs less than 20$ on amazon) he would have found the issue and fixed it same day. I don’t have an ac license but I do know how to use a meter. I tested the capacitor and wouldn’t you know it it was bad. Sounds to me like the guy knew it was a capacitor and seen it was an older style unit and tried to up the sale to make more money for himself. Would never trust a word out of this companies mouth.

We had M&M come out to repair the A/C unit in our newly purchased home. Jeremy with M&M discovered that the previous homeowner maliciously cut the controls out of the outdoor unit. Jeremy made a new control box, installed it and now the A/C works! The best thing is that the cost was reasonable. Jeremy was polite and courteous during his time here. I would highly recommend M&M Electric.

I thought that every business was all about Customer service.Customer is the one who keeps Business open.But,Not with M&M Electric. I had call M&M Electric to replace a Heat Sequencer in September of the this 2015 They did come installed it but now my AC is not blowing cold Air.I call them so many times they I will get one of our technician to give you a call.So, I waited for about 1 week and a half at last they didn’t even wanted to answer my Phone calls.So, I decided drive over to the Business and once I got there the Technician that install the Heat sequencer was there I went I had and I approach him. And right of the back told me that the Business had the right to refused Business.Reason is because thinks I did something to the AC. My AC was working just fine.But after he install the Heat Sequencer my unit just blows hot Air.I will never used this Guys again EVER.
