I had Payne Electric do a few projects for my fitness studio. Very pleased with their work. They were professional, timely, and trustworthy. They went above and beyond in getting me help with turning on my electricity (new meter. Was given the run around with the provider and they helped me with this). I also had a complex project involving infrared panels. They helped me understand the new infrared system in ‘normal’ terms. Very pleased! John is the best! Thank you!

I have left 2 messages with the receptionist to have someone call to do a home inspection and 2 couple minor upgrades, and 2 weeks later, they still haven’t responded. Lousy customer service. I wouldn’t waste my time or money on this company.

I would highly recommend them! I called Payne to install a ceiling fan on our outdoor patio. They gave me an estimate over the phone and told me about when they could be here-just a few days out. They called the day before, came out when they said and installed it quickly. It looks and works great! I will definitely call them for any future electrical projects!

Never used them but one of their employees drives like a complete A-Hole. He had absolutely no regard for anyone else’s safety on the interstate. Definitely a disgrace to a company’s name.

I called 3 times to try and get them to come out and get a quote. Was told on one occasion that someone would be out the following week but no one showed. My job might of been to small for them , if so all they had to do was tell me so.

Very nice and, he installed what I asked for no questions ask, and got to work right away, I was very skeptical about them from other reviews. But they were great! I will be calling them again if I need any more installations in the future!

Requested a one hour service call. John the Con came out and did exactly what the other complaints said. Spent all day with a helper goofing off, running for parts, milking the clock. arrived at 8am and didnt pick up a tool until 10, then 1130 hour for lunch i was charged for all this time. john will sweet talk and con you into believing he is on your side….he is not your friend. i would not recommend or ever hire again. buyer beware.

Great company to work for all materials are kept nice and tidy labeled and managed by very ocd fellas. You work great hours on shutdowns but anything after that you may not have a job!!

Called and they were going to come out the following week,but never showed…. I had went and bought light fixtures I wanted. I was informed by gentleman I talk with to do so… I will not contact this business again….
