Thank you to Sandy for scheduling Miguel Soto for the speedy repair of our air conditioner today. It is good to know that you were available on the July 4th holiday weekend to help me with the hot and humid conditions in our home. Since I depend on supplemental oxygen, it was pretty tough breathing this morning until the repairs were made. Thanks again.

Viccarone Heating & Air Conditioning did the new construction install on our house so we decided to give them a shot with the service plan for the first year. My wife was home for the appointment and instantly said Jim Kutchko provided 5 star service. She said he took time to explain everything he was doing with the system, how we can best tune it for the performance we want throughout the year, and was quick, but thorough, and courteous with all of his work. Very happy with this first appointment and hope to have many more of the same in the future.

My air conditioning was not working and of course it had to be on the hottest days of the year so far. I called the company and the secretary, Brooke was very kind and walked me through a few things that we could try before sending out a technician. Unfortunately, we could not fix it over the phone. She scheduled me the very next day and Miguel came out and with a few minutes knew what the issue was and had the part with him . He replaced it and now we have air-conditioning again. Thank you to the team for being so efficient and for coming so quickly I really appreciate it five stars to the whole team. Thank you, your a life saver!!!!!

Horrible! They were the contractor for our new home build. Had to call in an actual contractor to fix their shoddy and incomplete work.

Twice I have called for emergency services and both times you guys were been amazing! I came home today and my heat was out. Within 20 mins of my call a technician was here. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and the part I needed was on his truck! Within an hour of my call my heat was back on! The technician was pleasant and respectful and knowledgeable! The lady that took my call was also amazing, kind and helpful! I will reccomend you guys everytime! Thank you so much!

Worst place ever called yesterday at 2p and talked to the lady. They said they would have someone call me back to come out. Finally at 7p when No one showed up I called back to ask why they then said the same thing. So at this point we have had no heat for over 5 hours and the guy finally showed up at 745p. Was there for hours said it was working and left 5 mins after he left it did the same thing he came back and now something is wrong with the furnace at this point and we had to shut the heat down all might long had to buy space heaters and everything. It’s just a mess at this point

Came out timely to fix my furnace which was struggling to maintain temp. Maintenance technician Miguel was extremely friendly and informative and showed me how to fix it myself if it ever happened again. Highly recommend

Absolutely LOVE these people. We woke up Wednesday morning shivering. Our furnace had gone out overnight and the house was 63 degrees inside. We made a call to Viccarone at 6 a.m. and we had a warm toasty house by 8:15 a.m. Jacob was great and very knowledgeable of our system. THANK YOU

Have been using Viccarone since we built the house; they installed the HVAC as well during the build process. Nothing but top notch service! Every technician that has ever come out has been pleasant, extremely polite, and informative. They are efficient, responsive, and having the yearly service contract is a great plan as well.
