We have used Parlier Plumbing & Heating several times over the last 5 years, and at several locations between our various family members in Statesville and Stony Point. They have always been helpful in finding and fixing the problems we have encountered in our air conditioning and heating units, and they have never given us a high pressure sales pitch to replace our somewhat “aging” air conditioning units, but have been able to repair them with quite a cost savings over the expense of some completely new units. And when the time comes that we do need a completely new system we will definitely use their company to do so. The field technician Drew Stapleton has always been very courteous and friendly, and the lady running the office, Tracy, has the same friendly attitude.
