Cannot recommend AirSolutions enough! I had a great experience from the first outreach, their sending of someone (Gus) to diagnose the issues, a swift provision of a quote as well as financing option, AMAZING team of two service technicians (Aram and Chris) that removed my old units, replaced them with brand new units and meticulously cleaned up their trip when finished. The only thing (100% on me as first time buyer of HVAC anything) is that I wish I’d asked about brands, low energy, a remote, etc. but I trusted the choice and within just a few minutes, my pup and I are comfortably cool in the midst of a heat wave. The dog is just sad to see his new friends leave so soon after they were so sweet to him the entire service visit, too!

Billy M. completed the yearly inspection and maintenance competently and took the time to explain this procedure to me.In addition, I was impressed with his technical knowledge and ability as he also quickly responded with a solution to a A/C pump problem I had been experiencing. His pleasant manner and professional response was really appreciated. He was a pleasure to deal with and excellently represented Air Solutions service.

Disgusting the markup they charge on repair. They were here for less than 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Capacitor cost $20 Cost to install was $700 Added after owner reply- Yes I actually contacted prior to writing the review- I was told you would call me. Haven’t received a call yet. Let’s also add that the aircon unit still is not working. The unit has been on all day and the temperature in the house has only increased.
